Distance EducationThe journal is published by the Open and Distance Learning Association of Australia (ODLAA), the former Australian and South Pacific External Studies Association (ASPESA). The aim of the journal is to engender and disseminate research and scholarship in distance education, open learning and flexible learning systems. . ASPESA was formed in 1973 and membership is open to all persons, organisations and groups interested in the practice and administration of distance education. Educational Practice and TheoryFormerly published under the title `New Education', this truly international journal focuses on educational practice and theory, providing a forum for teachers and other professionals to reflect on their own practice or philosophy of teaching. The journal deals with a wide range of themes covering issues from `teachers reporting child abuse to `the use of information technology in school management'. Teaching and Teacher Education: An International Journal of Research and StudiesThis international journal aims to enhance theory, research, and practice in teaching and teacher education through the publishing of papers concerned with the description of teaching, teaching effectiveness, the factors that determine teachers' thought processes and performances and social policies that affect teachers.
